I called yesterday at 3.25pm to verify that they were open until 5 as their website states. The rude man said no the websites wrong, and it should say 4 but in any case they were shutting 'now' because it had been quiet. I explained I had a large requirement for plants and that we were about to set off there and be there in 5 mins but he told me not to bother as they were closing early. No apology. So their website is wrong, and they are not sticking to advertised times. I asked him what time they will open today (sunday) and he said about 11, and they'll open til 3 or 5, but close if it's not busy. In my opinion this isn't the way to run a business, you should update and stick to advertised opening hours otherwise customers who do not call ahead may be let down. Perhaps this is why you are quiet!? I have gone elsewhere today and spent £430 on plants.
